See Figs.15 through 18. <br />O) Not a landslide area; straddles the property boundary and is about 60 percent outside <br />of the property, and the balance is within the azea of 1995-1999 mining. <br />P) Not a landslide area; about 20 percent of the feature is within the area mined in the <br />1994-1999 panel. <br />Q) Not a landslide area; completely outside the property boundary. <br />5.0 PROJECT CONSTRAINTS <br />This investigation focused on a comparative review of ground stability primarily <br />• in the area to be mined during the 2000-2004 time period. Certain reports referred to in <br />Exhibit 6-1 (SCC 1995) were not available for this investigation. The basis could not be <br />found, with the data available, for landslides mapped in this reference. Extensive and <br />detailed fieldwork could not be justified for this project. With these considerations and <br />the scope of this project we have exercised professional care, skill, and diligence. <br />6.0 CREDITS <br />Credit is given to Mr. Michael G.
