The map(s) shall label each scormwacer oucfall with a three digit number beginning with the next number after the last number assigned to surface runoff oucfaLls. The plan shall describe the controls and/or procedures *_hac specifically address the goal of minimizing or eLimir.acing the pollution from these scurces.
