Conditions appeared stable and acceptable. <br />Per the Division's request, five monitoring pins were set in the <br />top of the embankment of Pond 010 and surveyed on November 19, 1996 <br />and again on March 31, 1997. These pins will be surveyed one final <br />time this spring once all snowmelt has occurred.
