Pursuant to the August 11, 2003 District Court Order for Case No. 01 CV3425, DMG has
scheduled two Formal Public Hearings for the Line Camp Pit application.
The first Formal Public Hearing will occur during the October 29-30, 2003 meeting of the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board"). During the October hearing, the
Board will determine which issues will be considered, set time deadlines for exchanges of
witness and exhibits lists, and set time allotments for presentations, rebuttals and closing
statements for parties who will attend the November hearing. The October hearing will be
recorded.
During the November 19-20, 2003 hearing, the Board will hold a formal hearing on the Line
Camp Pit application.
The October 29-30, 2003, and the November 19-20, 2003, Board meetings will occur at 1313
Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter
as the matter can be considered.
