Solberg Pit <br />Dear Sir: <br />Section 39-32-110(9) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br />". the. Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue bfining Operations. The 1JOtice <br />of Intent shall contain an annual fee of 550,00 and a map or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the Land affected during previous year; <br />(b) the Zand to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any Zand <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is i[pril 7 <br />and annual fees for the year(s) 51-52 totalling S 50.00 <br />are due on that date. <br />If your records indi=ate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; other.~ise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as'required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division <br />vp to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
