`~ The following is an additional response under Section 2,05.3(4) <br />as found in Appendix E dated October, 1981. <br />H-G Coal will install markers in sediment ponds and will remove <br />sediment from the ponds, as requested by the CLMRB. H-G Coal <br />will also agree to a sediment volume of 70 lb/cu. ft. Using a <br />density of 70 lb/cu. ft. will require no change in the pond de- <br />sign. The assumptions used for vegetative growth (up to 60% <br />cover after three years) were made by qualified personnel, but <br />there is no land that has been reclaimed long enough to verify <br />the assumptions used.
