As compensation to the Mining Company, the Landowners agree to let the Mining Company, at its option, use for the duration of the mining operation the present residence (house) of the Land- • owners as shown on Exhibit "A". The Mining Company gill also be permitted the unconditional use of the land surrounding the present residence of the Landowners and to use the access road to such pro- perty, even if the Mining Company does not opt to use the ouse. The Landowners shall be compensated on the basis of $ per month for the,use of the present residence (house oily). The Mining Company, iS it opts to use the present residence, shall main- tain insurance on the present residence (house only) during its .use, and pay•for utilities and telephone charges.
