~GESTED PUBLIC PIOTICE FORMAT <br />For Limited Impact operations, this notice must be published once a week for two consecutive <br />weeks, the final date of publication being no later than 48 hours prior to the date for <br />Board consideration of the application. For all other operations, this notice must be <br />published once a week for four consecutive wE:eks, the final date of publication being at <br />least twenty days prior to the date for Boarcl consideration. All notices must be published <br />in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation. <br />(Full details in RULES 2.2 and 3.2). The pro- <br />posed mine is located at <br />legal description <br />The proposed date of commencement is and th <br />proposed date of completion is The proposed <br />future use of the land is <br />Additional information may be obtained from f:he Mined Land Reclamation Board, Room 723, 131 <br />Sherman Street, Denver, CO 80203 (303) 839-3.167, or <br /> <br /> <br />address of County Clerk. 6 Recorder where opf:ration will occur <br /> <br />or the above-named applicant. <br />Objections must be filed with the Mined Land Reclamation Board by 5:00 PM on <br />Month, Day, Year - Se:' note below <br />NOTE: For Limited Impact operations, the final date for filing <br />objections is 5 days after date of last publication or prior to 48 hours <br />before the Board meeting, whichever comes first. <br />For all other operations the date is calculated by adding <br />20 days to the date of the fourth publication. <br />Please refer to RULES 2.2 and 2.3 for Regular Applications <br />and RULES 3.2 and 3.3 for Limited Impact Applications. <br />In addition to the public notice, the applicant must mail a copy of <br />the notice after first publication to all owners of the surface rights <br />of the affected land and to the owners of record of immediately adjacent <br />lands. Proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mall Return <br />Receipt Requested (where possible) must be provided the MLR Staff and <br />become a part of the complete and adequate application before consideration <br />before the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />
