Sirs:
At the present time, Million Ag Investments is in the process of applying
for a Regular (112) Gperation Reclamation Permit to mme sand and gravel
in the proposed Spring Creek Gravel Pit, located in the SE, NW, Sec 13
T49N, R10W, 6th Colorado Meridian about four (4) miles northwest of
Montrose, Colorado.
As per the Rules and Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation Board,
we are inquiring whether we need to comply with any of your legal
requirements.
At present, the property is being used for general agriculture.
Under the permit we are appplying for, there would not be any processing or
sorting equipment, or buildings, within the permit area. The material
would be removed as "Pit Run" sand and gravel.
Also, our neighbor to the east dba Black Canyon Aggregate has already
received a permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board.
