EXHIBIT D

The mining would commence sometime in the Summer of 1994.
The initial step in mining would be stripping back the one (1) foot

cover of soil and stockpiling the material away from the active pit area.
The mining would begin in the extreme northeast comer of the
property, where erosion has exposed the thirty (30) foot thick sand and
gravel. From that point the deposit would be mined in a concentric, half-
moon pattern, ending at some future date at the southwest corner of the
forty (40) acre parcel.
The open-pit mine would be a dry pit operation, producing only "pit
run" sand and gravel aggregate.
The product would be loaded by a front-end loader directly into
trucks, and thence hauled along a road (see map) out into the County
Road.
The haul road would be entirely on Million Ag Investmenu property.
No office building or processing plant would be located at the site.
As an acre of ground within the proposed mining site contains
approximately 72,000 ± tons of aggregate, and it is assumed that the
maximum amount mined per year would be about 140,000 short tons,
only about two acres a year could be defined as "major disturbance" where
the major excavation would be taking place. Another two acres of ground
would be defined as moderate disturbances, i.e., where the topsoil is being
stripped off and stockpiled.
