(HGT')), please find enclosed the 4th quazter Pond <br />Inspection Reports for the Truck Loop Pond (007A) and the Rail Loop Pond (002A) at HGTI's' <br />Hayden Gulch Loadout facility, Permit No. C-92-081. <br />Conditions were normal and no problems were observed. There were no observed discharges <br />from either pond during the quarter. The quarterly discharge monitoring reports will be sent to <br />CDMG under separate cover.
