Along with the amendment are responses to several adequacy issues that <br />were brought forward on 4/8, 6/3 and 7/9 of 2002. The amendment and responses will <br />be reviewed concurrently as several of the issues are related. <br />As discussed prior to the submission of the amendment, Per Rule 1.8.1 13)&16) a new <br />decision date for this application has been set for February 20"', 2002. It is staff's <br />understahding that a copy of the amendment has been placed with the Mesa County Clerk <br />and Recorder ahd Public Notice is set for publication.
