Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan <br />I still have no response for a seeding recommendation from the Washington County Natural <br />Resource Conservation Service. In light of that fact, I am submitting the NRCS recommendation <br />that was submitted for the Washington County Starlin Pit Permit No. IvI-2004-021. A slightly <br />revised copy is attached. <br />2. Weed Control Plan <br />Weeds will be controlled at the pit site. Weeds will either be mowed or sprayed, as appropriate for <br />weed growth. Mr. King has a mower used for other operations at his farm, which can be utilized to <br />control growth. He also has spray equipment, which can be utilized if necessary. Should noxious <br />weeds occur at the site, they will either be sprayed by Mr. King or reported to the Washington <br />County Weed Control Program Manager who will be hired to spray with the appropriate control <br />chemicals. <br />3. Proof of Notices <br />Enclosed are copies of the proof of notice to adjoining landowners and the proof of publication. <br />~iy <br />
