I have been somewhat concerned over the last few months the City of Loveland has not been more involved in this Western Mobile mining permit application process. I have had several conversations, provided letters and information for a matter that could adversely affect property that has been approved by the City of Loveland at the GDP level for very dense residential living units. I would hope your involvement along with our consultant Dan Gregory of ENSR Consulting-Engineering-Remediation and TST, Inc. Consulting Engineers will lead to a fair use of the two properties involved. As information to all parties reading this letter, I have nothing against the mining business. It is a very integral part of our development and building business. If Matt Dulcich, Loveland Planning Department has not provided you with all the history of this project, please let me know and I will be glad to provide you with all the correspondence with the State Division of Minerals and Geology, TST, Inc., ENSR Consulting-Engineering-Remediation and Western Mobile. Enclosed with this letter find a copy of information about the hearing process I received today along with a copy of the condition of approval that is of record for the Larimer County Planning Commission meeting held 21 June 2000.
