EXHIBIT "E" <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />UNA PIT <br />The pit will be worked at different times during its life. After <br />each use,any disturbed areas that will not be used again will be <br />reclaimed. <br />The top one foot of soil overburden, low brush and grass will be <br />stripped from the area to be mined and stockpiled for use in re- <br />claiming the disturbed areas. The total amount to be stripped from <br />the entire pit area is approximately 115,000 cubic yards, any excess <br />of this material may be used for purposes other than reclamation. <br />Upon completion of mining in an area, the pit slopes will be left no <br />steeper than three to one (three feet horizontal to one foot vertical) <br />and the floor left in a smooth condition. <br />~ The stockpiled soil overburden will be placed over the pit slopes and <br />all disturbed areas. The soil placed on the pit slopes will be from <br />1 the top of the slope to the r"loor of the pit. The depth of soil over- <br />) burden will from 10" to 12" thick. <br />1 Haul roads constructed as shown on the Mining Plan Map Exhibit "C" <br />will be left in place upon completion of work in the pit. <br />Upon completion of all work in the pit and the plant and stockpile <br />1 area the plant and stockpile area will be cleared of all waste piles, <br />1 trash and asphaltic material. The area will be covered with from <br />4" to 6" of stockpiled soil overburden. <br />I All distrubed areas will be fertilized, seeded, ar~i mulched as shown <br />on the following page. <br />
