To the extent not contradicted by the findings in this decree, or otherwise withdrawn <br />by stipulation or agreement, the statements in the application, as amended, are true. <br />2. Applicant filed its Application in this matter on April 14, 1994. This matter was <br />referred to the Water Referee by order of the Water Judge on April 14, 1994. The Amended <br />Application was Fled on December 31, 1996. On February 19, 1998, this matter was re-referred to <br />the Court. The Second Amended Application was filed on December 29, 2000. The Third <br />Amendment to Application was Fled on February 28, 2002. The Fourth Amendment to Application <br />• was filed on March 29, 2002.
