Enclosed are the Edna Mine's (Permit #CO-0032638) CPDS reporting results for the
above referenced monitoring period. During the month of December ZOOI, DMP 001 did not
discharge. DMP 004 exceeded the compliance criteria for sulfate during [his monitoring period.
DMP 007 did not exceed any compliance criteria in December 2001. DMP 004 and DMP 007
both passed their 4th quarter WET test.
