Bryan Bennett has reserved the right +.o receive I <br />royalties under the present mining lease of the subject property, however, <br />said royalties shall be redeuced to two and a half cents (2z'%) per ton <br />after payment, by the lessee, of royalties entitling said Le:~see to conveyance <br />of 80 acres in the D7/2 NT,7/4 of Section 15, Twp. 4 South, Ran<3e 70 West of <br />the 6th P.PY. as provided in said lease.
