EXHIBIT B SITE DESCRIPTION
The site where the intended excavation of soil is baron ground.
There is no agricultural use on this land at the present time.
The vegetation is primarily weedy.
I contacted Mr. Steve Woodis at the Natural Resources Conserva-
tion service and he analyzed the weeds as Bromus Tectorum
"Cheat Grass",or Cowney Brome: Russian Thistle, and Rabbit
Brush Chrysothamnus-Nanseosus. These are the weeds that are
located at the site location.
Enclosed is a copy of the most recent soil sample taken of the
area. This sample shows the soil characteristics of the proposed
operation.
There are no permanent man-made structures, which includes
houses, barns, above or below ground utilities, irrigation
ditches, maintained or public roads, bridges, wells, pipelines,
water storage impoundments, railroad tracks, cemeteries or
communication antennas. The only permanent structure is a
fence located along the north side of the property and the west
side of the property. This fence line is further away than
the required (200) feet of the affected area. The owner of this
fence is Robert & Dorothy Goode. This fence is located on
Exhibit E-Map.
There are no streams, springs, lakes, stock water ponds, ditches,
reservoirs, and acquifers which would receive drainage directly
from the affected area.
