<br />EXHIBIT C----- MINING PLAN <br /> <br />We plan to build a large reservoir for personal use as well as for the <br />wildlife in the area. <br />The size is approximately two acres for this reservoir. We plan to sell <br />the top soil to individuals in the Montrose area who are in need of it for <br />use in lawns and gardens. <br />We will use a rubber tired loader and a dump truck to remove the soil from <br />the location. <br />The approximate depth of the reservoir is five to six feet. <br />
