We have discussed pour concerns and offer the folbwiag information to try to answer <br />thex caatxras. It is much the same information as we discussed during the meeting. <br />Regarding the alluvial webs on pour property we would like, with your permission, to <br />develop a moniroring program which will include new monitoring wells on our Bide of the <br />common Eeace sad also monitoring gazer eaitiag wells to determine the characteristics of the <br />wells now and ro determine any changes that might take phice is the furore. Thi, progeam will <br />be set in motion as soon as is practical but no later than 2 months before sap mining is <br />started. The monitoring program will include quality tests. <br />The monitoring wells will also be used to determine if the ground water level drops <br />sad what effect this will have on the sub-irrigation of the fields adjoining the mining property. <br />If the sub-irrigation is affected water will be provided to maintain the ground watu level as it <br />has been in the mottitoting wells. <br />Low berms wiD be buih between the two properties to wntml water from the <br />irdgatioa ditches sad as s buffet from the mining opemdoa Also the mining will start near <br />your pmpertq and will advance to the south away from the pour site. Also as soon sa there is <br />room in the pit the processing equipment will be moved to the pit door which wid be 30 feet <br />below the surface The pit bask will act as a sound barriez sad the operation will not be seen <br />from the surface. We zee requited to get a Dust Abatement Permit from the State Health <br />Depamneat and the guidelines set out is this permit wil! be followed. This includes <br />revegetating stockpiles and watering haul roads. <br />The project is being phwted so that all activity, both now and in the Encore, will mks <br />place on the property owned by Northern Colorado Coaattuctots Inc.. Thus will be ao aced <br />to conduct any activity on your property unless you request help is some project you ate <br />doing. <br />
