No permit excursions were noted for this period. However, Outfall 007 did not commence discharging until June 25,
and Outfall 003 only discharged the week of June 11, which allowed for only one sample this month at those points.
Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted the week of June 4, 2001 for Outfalls 001 and 005. They
passed for both species, with "Concentrations with Statistically significant Difference in Lethality" reported at >100°/,.
Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were conducted the week of June 25, 2001 for Ouffall 007. It passed for both
species, with "Concentrations with Statistically significant Difference in Lethality" reported at >100%. Copies of the CDPS
WET Test Report Farms for these tests are included with this submittal. Please note that the new DMR farms we recently
received for reporting WET test results are missing one parameter, %Effect Stanre 7 Day for Pimephalles Chronic TCP38,
Code "P". As such, we modified an existing DMR sheet to input this missing parameter. The modified sheet is attached to the
DMR with the other WET test parameters.
The WET tests conducted this quarter required extra visits to these sites, thus producing additional field parameter values,
which were calculated into the statistics reported on the DMRs.
Outfalls 002, 004, 008 and 009 did not discharge; and therefore have no chemical or toxicological tests during this period.
Outfall 020 has not been constructed yet; therefore there is no discharge to enable chemical or toxicological testing to date.
Points 010, 016 and 017 have been eliminated from this permit. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following
certification will be substituted Tor the actual DMR forms to cover the ouffalls, which did not discharge.
CERTIFICATION
I certily under penalty o(law that 1 have personally examined and am lamiliar with the information submitted herein; and
based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the inlonnation, 1 believe the submitted inlomtation is
true, accurate, and complete. 1 am awa2 that there are significant penalties /or submitting lalse information, including the
possibility of one and imprisonment.
