It is recommended that the Petitioner consult with the County Planning Staff <br /> in Fort Collins prior to filing a special review petition. <br /> 3. All applications for special review in the unincorporated portions of Larimer <br /> County must be received by the County Planning Office in Fort Collins, Colorado <br /> at least twenty—one (21) days prior to the first hearing before the Larimer <br /> County Planning Commission. Notice of said hearing shal be published once in <br /> a newspaper serving the general area of the proposed rezoning at least seven (7) <br /> days prior to the hearing date. <br /> 4. Recommendations by the Larimer County Planning Commission are submitted to the <br /> Board of County Commissioners for a final decision.
