(Page 9 of Permit No. CO-0045675) <br />The BMP for the second component of groundwater flow, that is, groundwater flaw downgradieot from the <br />groundwater divide that has developed in the Rito Seco alluvial aquifer, consists of a groundwater capture <br />system. The water management plan consists of pumping two groundwater capture wells (M-32 and M-33) <br />located dowogradient of the Rito Seco alluvial groundwater plume. <br />The potential influence of groundwater Flow in the downgradient portion of the Rito Seco alluvial aquifer on <br />the water quality of the Rito Seco will be assessed using water quality moaitoring data collected as part of the <br />water management plan monitoring program that will be routinely submitted to the Division. This monitoring <br />plan includes both surface and groundwater monitoring. Monthly data reports will be submitted to the WQCD <br />as a requirement of this permit. <br />Far purposes of the Colorado Discharge Permit System, the permittee will be required to submit <br />documentation regarding any significant changes to the above described system, as well as the monitoring data <br />as described previously. This information shall be submitted monthly to the Water Quality Control Division. <br />
