Lonq <br />Drvivon Dveaor <br />On April 28, 1993, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your <br />112 Regular Reclamation Permit application for the Swan River Resource Pit, <br />File No. M-93-035. Initial review of the application and exhibits determined <br />that the following information must be submitted before technical review can <br />begin: <br />EXHIBIT H - Wildlife Information: All information required in <br />Rule 2.1.2(9)(a-d) must be received by the Division at the time of <br />submittal. <br />Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of <br />July 27, 1993, may result in a decision to deny your application. You may <br />amend your application by submitting the requested items. In accordance with <br />Rule 1.5, a new decision date will be established 90 days from the date of <br />receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated publication, <br />you will need to republish notice which specifies the final date for receiving <br />comments as the 20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular <br />business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
