Rule 1: Pemrits <br />Exhibit 15. <br />Ditches will be variously armored with rip-rap or equivalent protection against erosive velocities. Rip-rap <br />installations will utilize woven ornon-woven geotextiles on a coazse sand base at least three inches in <br />thickness for a filter blanket. The geotextiles will have an EOS of 70 or less. <br />Diversions are designed, constructed and maintained to minimize adverse impacts to the hydrologic <br />balance. Placementwillnotincreasethepotentialforslidesordownstreamflooding,norendangerpropeny <br />or public safety. Diversions will be maintained to prevent additional contributions ofsuspended solids to <br />streamflow and to runoffouuide the pemut area to the extent possible, using the besttechnology currently <br />available.
