Application Fee: a. Your application fee was incorrectly computed.
The correct fee is $55.00. The additional $5.20 should be forward-
ed to this office.
2.,.~Lega1 Description: a. The principal meridian should be included in
aII legal descriptions.
3. ?tine Plan: ~a. You should clearly explain how and why the surface dis-
turbance hsa been divided between Cotter and Y,elmine defining exactly
what surface disturbance Cotter is responsible for and cross reference
this with your large scale map. This specificity ie particularly im-
portant in permits applications with split responsibility.
b. A timetable oP expected future surface disturbance
should be included in the mine plan along with the starting date of
your operations at the mine and the anticipated termination date.
`/c. You should discuss the vantholes as to the associated
surface disturbance, from drilling them and bhe expected diameter.
d. I am enclosing a copq of my memo from the Division of
Water Resources. The points brought out in this memo should be address-
ed fully prior to board presentation.
. The mine plan should include information concerning your
expected total yearly tonnage of ore and waste.
~f. What is the JD-98 surface hole referenced in your mine
plan? Zs this surface disturbance covered by your map and/or reclama-
tion plan.
g. SJhere will your ore stockpile be located?
