Box 100 <br />Creede, CO 51130 <br />L <br />Dear A1, <br />2740 <br />October 14, 1976 <br />~t.. <br />ups ~. <br />„r <br />The Carbon-In-Pulp Plant construction project iaas inspected <br />recently and it appears that the majority of the work on <br />National Forest land has been completed with the exception of <br />surface rehabilitation. The major structures have been installed <br />and painted and look very good. <br />Surface rehabilitation work needed includes: <br />1. Smooth out disturbed areas around the storage tank, <br />chlorine plant, and pump house and along the pipelines <br />and roads. <br />2. Seed and fertilize all disturbed areas following the <br />recommendations contained in the Environmental Analysts <br />Report. <br />Please plan on accomplishing this work this fall so the grass can <br />get an early start next spring.
