Mr. Linden maybe called to testify about the Construction Materials <br />Regulaz Operation Reclamation Permit Application filed in December, 2002 and the facts <br />and circumstances surrounding the application and the gravel mining operations at the <br />Bernhardt Resources site. Mr. Linden may also be called to testify about the <br />accommodations made with regard to the referenced application, as well as any other <br />matters relevant to the application or necessary to rebut any other testimony at the <br />hearing. <br />II. EXHIBITS <br />Hall-Irwin hereby designates the following exhibits to be used at the formal Board <br />Hearing: <br />Oil and Gas Operations Map Mining Plan prepazed on March 6, 2003, and modified on <br />March 7, 2003, by Tetra Tech RMC for Hall-Irwin Corporation a copy of which was <br />provided to Merit Energy Corporation on March 1Q, 2003. <br />2. Stability Analysis Report prepazed by Tetra Tech on November 19, 2002 <br />4. Any and all documents included in the Application including but not limited to those <br />listed on page four of the Application, a copy of page four is attached hereto. <br />5.
