Box 187 Division Director <br />Craig, CO 81626 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Trapper Mine, C-81-010, Fourth Quarter 2003 DMR Review <br />Deaz Mr. Self: <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s Fourth Quarter 2003 Colorado Wastewater Dischazge <br />Monitoring reports. TMI's Fourth quarter 2003 DMRs were received by the Division, on January 16, <br />2004. The reports cover the time period from October 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. Timely <br />submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Two outfalls dischazged during fourth quarter 2003; outfa11002 dischazged routinely throughout the <br />quarter. No reported pazameters were found to be in excess of CPDS standazds for either of the ponds <br />that dischazged. WET tests were conducted for outfalls 002 and 020. No exceedences were reported for <br />outfa11020. WET test results for outfa11002 were not submitted with the third quarter report, TMI <br />submitted the outfal1002 third quarter results with this fourth quarter 2003 packet.
