The exact due <br />permirtee's first Anmtal Report will be listed in their permit certification. <br />Christopher L <br />July 11, <br />VII PUBLIC NOTICE CHANGES <br />Comments were receivedfrom several residents of Platteville, CO, regarding the effects ofa speeifee Sand and Gravel mining <br />operation on the groundwater supply in their area Issues regarding the effect ofmining activities on groundwater levels are <br />addressed by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, rather than [he Water Quality Control Division. The Division ha <br />contacted the Division ofMinera/s ond Geology so that they may appropriately address the citizen's concerns. Based on a fielc <br />inspection conducted by the Water Quality Control Division sta,~ there were no operational issues that would prevent renewal c <br />this general CDPS discharge permit. It is the Divisions determination that no changes to the general permit are needed to addr <br />this situation, and therefore, no changes were made to the permit. <br />August 28, <br />
