Based upon your letter dated September 21, 2006, it
appears no impact to the CDOT right of way due to the demolition of the train load out
area. Access Permit # 399055 does allow 350 average daily trips (ADT) at this access
point. It appears the demolition traffic to and from the site will fall within the permit
limits. Therefore, no additional permits are required for the demolition of the site as long
as no work activity will be conducted within CDOT right of way.
If I can be of any further assistance in this or any other matter, please feel free to
contact me at the office listed above.
Sincerely,
~ ~~
Dan Roussin
Region 3 Unit Permit Manager
Daniel.Roussin andot.state.co.us
Cc: Zane Znamenacek, R3 Permit Engineer
File
/nlz-!ly
f1 PPRo~ED Page 1 of 1
1a~4/a6
