During their inspection this summer CDPHE requested that flow
measuring devices be installed at each pond outflow. Two 3" Parshall flumes were
installed during this inspection, one at each pipe outflow. During the inspection of
Pond 002, outflow was observed, due to the heavy rains of the prior weekend. A
sample for CDPS compliance was collected and delivered to GAL Labs in Durango.
When the results are returned to me I will forward them to you when I complete the
DMR for this quarter.
Enclosures: Sediment Pond Self Inspection Reports 3Q2004, photos
C: Oakridge Energy
Matt Gavin, GofF Engineering
Greg Brand, CDPHE District Engineer
