COG-850017, page 4, Part I, B,1, a) specific to precipitation event within a 24-hour period of less than or equal to the ]0-year, 24-hour event, totalling 1.8". Colowyo experienced this precipitation event on June 16-17, 1998. The event was preceeded by eight days of relatively wet rainy conditions with precipitation occuring almost every day. Rainfall data is included as an attachment for your review. Outfall 009A was discharged one week afrer the storm event due to accessabiliry problems caused by the steepness of slope and heavy mud.
