design this facility and put this mine plan together.
At this time I would like to introduce
them. You guys have the credentials of thse
professional people in the State of Colorado.
Battle Mountain, when we decided to
come to Colorado, wanted to use people in t:he State
of Colorado that knew the standards and they laws of
the State of Colorado.
We're very familiar doing business in
other places. We're new to Colorado so we wanted to
use professional people in the State and we've used
SRK people, and again you have their credentials --
Ann Baldrige with SRK; we have Jim Johnson with
SRK; Jeff Thatcher with SRK.
We have Dean Massey, legal counsel
in the State of Colorado, and we have Walter Wise,
our corporate counsel. We have John Halepaska,
(hydrologist associates in the State of Colorado.
We have Sam Bamberg, a doctor -- a doctorate in
reclamation, soils and seeds for wildlife.
We have our staff here, Bob Donalson,
our mine engineer.
We have Joel Lenz, our metallurgical
engineer for the project.
