Well, that's fine. We know that, and <br />we aren't against that. <br />We just want to make sure that what's <br />heft to us -- what we have during the operation of <br />ithe mine and what's left to us after is something <br />that we can live with because we'll be doing it, <br />nobody else will. <br />To refer specifically -- and these are <br />just some problems that I have, at least with some of <br />the letters that came back from Mr. Renner, who has <br />been very cooperative, and whenever we have called <br />him and things like that, he wrote me a letter in <br />response to my protest or some of the points that <br />I brought up in my letter of concerns. <br />And I have problems with certain <br />language that's always included in there such as: <br />In addition, the company is considering building <br />a grout curtain. <br />We'd like to know for sure, and <br />being that we didn't have the response from Battle <br />Mountain Gold to your 99 and to ours, whether it is <br />considering or they are. There is certainly a big <br />difference, and I think that that should go on <br />
