I said, "You take <br />this heap leach pad and put it some place else away <br />from our drainage area and I'll give you my blessing <br />And he said, "Thank you." <br />That's one of my major concerns. <br />My concern is that even though it's a closed system, <br />the main facility on top is a closed system, <br />flotation and cyanide, that can be controlled <br />readily, accidents can happen. <br />The leach pad is another problem, as <br />far as I'm concerned, because of its location in that <br />(saddle with an arroyo leading directly to Rito Seco, <br />which eventually will come back here, lead into the <br />,river, and into my house. As a matter of fact, I end <br />up with the end of Rito Seco. That was my major <br />concern. <br />So, therefore, I have no qualms with <br />the project itself other than the location of the <br />leach pad for simple safety measures and because of <br />the potential danger of a leak. <br />Mind you, it is a closed system, <br />double layer. I studied it fully. It's a good <br />system, but, however, I will repeat: I will be more <br />
