The State is spending money. From here on <br />down it's a natural ditch. Everything comes right <br />into it, and we have films showing this and slides. <br />So these are concerns of ours that <br />everything that comes down the Rito Seco -- we have <br />seen it flood many times. I have seen it flood <br />twice in my lifetime, and it just comes in there and <br />raises havoc with everything, so that's one of our <br />main concerns about the water there. <br />Okay. Gary keeps talking about <br />comfort levels and they care about the people. One <br />reason there is a watershed is because they put on <br />the middle saddle, put this on a saddle and so <br />forth. <br />Well, if they really wanted us to be <br />comfortable, they ought to move this situation over <br />here out of our watershed, and that would make -- the <br />reason for that is that that land was not for sale <br />and so they can't. <br />If they really thought about the <br />people, then they would have done everything possible <br />to get this thing out of the watershed, and those are <br />some of the -- we had a public meeting with them and <br />
