So we're trying to keep as much to the <br />issues as possible. I hope we can do that. <br />Okay. I'm going to talk a little bit <br />about the water issue. We call that our liquid gold. <br />That to us is all we -- we are the oldest town in <br />Colorado that has survived. They have the oldest <br />adjudication rights on record in Colorado, the San <br />Luis People's Ditch, and it was -- the Town. of San <br />Luis was founded in 1851 so you can see where our <br />water -- our importance to our water is critical. <br />Our agriculture and our domestic <br />consumption are right by the vega. We have a vega <br />here. There's only two in the United States. It's <br />a commons area. They have surface water. Water is <br />on the surface on the vega most of the year so if <br />anything would happen, the worst scenario, as it was <br />called, we could have potential damage down here <br />sometime (indicating). <br />And another thing is I'd like to -- <br />
