BANTA: Sure. As I said at the <br />outset, there are essentially two different status of <br />people involved in this hearing. <br />Other than the Division and the <br />Applicant, there are people who submitted written <br />comments to the Division in accordance with the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act, and then there are other <br />people in the audience who have expressed a~ desire <br />to make a comment to the Board. <br />During the break we met with the <br />people who submitted written comments, and we are <br />going to proceed in this manner so that the three <br />parties, if you will, that submitted written <br />comments -- one is the Costilla County Committee for <br />Environmental Soundness. They are going to give <br />a presentation first. <br />The second is Crystal Brandt and <br />Donna Koch, I believe is how you pronounce that, of <br />Costilla County Nursing, and they are going to give <br />a second presentation. <br />And then third is Mr. Prax Ortea, who <br />submitted comments and he'll give testimony. <br />What they will do is give their <br />statements, and then the Board will ask if they have <br />
