It's really important to me -- it's important <br />to Battle Mountain Gold Company, and I stress this to <br />this Board, to the people of Costilla County, that <br />people are important, We know that. <br />We in the United States have to <br />develop our resources. We have to make a living. <br />We need to develop. We need to grow, and we need to <br />be able to furnish places for our children to live, <br />to make a living, and the whole -- this project up <br />here is dependent on how well the people that's <br />going to be working there are trained and how good <br />a job that they can do. <br />And 2'm confident that that is going <br />to be the success of this project, not me, not the <br />staff that's been designing this, but the people <br />
