In going through and defining the ore zone, Gary and
his guys have drilled like 600 holes in that area,
and in doing that, they have exhaustively mapped the
geology, where the ore zone is, where the r.ed clay
is and the green clay and all those kind of things.
They've also had a great deal of
opportunity to mine the structural geology in the
vicinity of this zone, and what it appears, when you
take all the data that we have and put it together,
is that the interval in the west pit appears to be
somewhat of a little isolated remnant cut off on the
east and west and falls somewhat to the south.
And in order to try to determine
whether that hypothesis is correct, we have gone to
a great deal of lengths to look at the chemistry of
the water, and it is indeed discrete and separate
kinds of chemistry from the water. It has no real
relationship to the water in the Rito Seco.
In addition to that, we've monitored
the water up and down stream of that interval and we
iagain cannot see within the chemistry of the Rito
Seco any connection with that mined ore zone.
And, in addition, we have gone in and
drilled that ore zone and we have done pump tests on
that ore zone, and it's our opinion that that is
