We're not ever going <br />to ask for that. <br />And with modern technology, the <br />trenches that we're talking about, the slue~ry <br />trenches, the grout walls, whatever you want to call <br />them, if that is indeed a problem when we e~tart <br />mining there, that will happen. We don't Frant any <br />into perpetuity problems with the Rito Seca. <br />The plant site is about 200 foot <br />vertically above the creek at that level, and again <br />we're right up on top of that saddle. We have about <br />40 to 45 inches of evaporation in that area and about <br />15 inches of precip, so we just don't think that <br />water balance is going to be an issue -- we know it's <br />not, and we are able to prove that or to show that up <br />at the plant. <br />The emergency detox glan will be in <br />,effect prior to us bringing chemicals on site and we <br />(will train our people. <br />Again, there are over 200 mines using <br />this technology in the continental United States. <br />There's never been anybody injured from the use of <br />cyanide in our mining operations. <br />Are there any questions?
