RENNER: Essentially it <br />consists -- in its simplest form it would be along <br />the 600-foot length of the pit, literally end <br />dumping materials so that you have essentially <br />a rock wall more or less as proposed currently -- <br />I'm not saying approved -- that angle of repose from <br />the base of the -- from the bottom of the pit clear <br />to the top of the Santa Fe conglomerate so maybe <br />a distance of, I'm guessing, 200 vertical feet. <br />MR. DANIELSON: And that would be the <br />steepest side of the pit would be on the side right <br />'next to the creek? <br />MR. RENNER: Right. <br />MR. DANIELSON: What do you think the <br />angle of repose would be? <br />MR. RENNER: I'd guess about 38 <br />degrees. <br />And then again that's proposed, and <br />we still have to discuss further with the company <br />that configuration. <br />MR.
