POND F

The following information is presented in response to Rule 4.05.9 (7 and 8)
for certification of the Pond F sedimentation pond.
The design for this pond was submitted by CYVCC in a technical revision to
permit C-81-071 entitled Pond F Enlargement, dated September 22, 1986.
Actual enlargement of Pond F was completed on November 13, 1987 with the
final survey conducted on the same date. Attached as part of this
certification are an as-build map of the pond, a stage storage table, a list
of pertinent design parameters comparing design and as-built statistics, and
the professional engineers certification.
A comparison of design to as-built parameters show that Pond F has been
enlarged to contain more volume than required by the approved design. The
differences between the design and as-built statistics verify this fact.
