The reports were signed by a registered professional engineer where required. <br />Attached to the report for the Lower Refuse Pile is a schematic showing the approximate location <br />of the sampling locations. Comparing the schematic to the relative compaction results, it can be <br />seen that the new lift at Sample Location Nos. LRP-O1 through LRP-10 meets the 90% maximum <br />dry density compaction standard. The sample locations were selected and located on the area that <br />was compacted with a "sheepsfoot".
