Coal Partners shall exercise its best <br />efforts to increase production as rapidly as demand and good <br />economic judgment allow to four million tons per year, and <br />it shall not enter into any sales contracts that prohibit it <br />from reaching that level of production. This production <br />goal shall be proportionately reduced in the same manner as <br />provided in subparagraph 6.A. above for Minimum Advance <br />Royalties if Preference Right Leases are not granted on all <br />of the Preference Right Lands. <br />r, <br />D. Coal Paztners shall conduct a modern, <br />efficient coal mining operation on the Anchor-Tresner Unit ~ <br />~~, <br />and shall obtain all permits and approvals necessary to <br />comply with federal, state and county statutes and regulations. <br />E. Coal Partners shall permit CFW to inspect <br />at reasonable times the Anchor-Tresner Unit, Coal Partners' <br />operations thereon and records relating thereto. Such <br />inspections shall be at CFW's sole risk and expense and <br />shall not interfere with Coal Partners' operations. <br />F. Within six (6) months after the Ef°_ective <br /> <br />Date of this Agreement, Coal Partners shall have commenced <br />and be continuing a multiple entry system into the Anchor- ~"~ <br />Tresner Unit for the purpose of obtaining production of coal <br />from the Anchor-Tresner Unit. <br />-12- <br />~~rN~q~ <br />67 ~ <br />
