We understand that due to a delay in the commencement of operations,
outfalls as approved under the permit were not in existence during the first half of 2001.
However, the Division is aware that four outfalls and the associated sediment ponds
were constructed during late September and early October 2001. Please ensure
monitoring as approved under the CDPS permit commences during the fourth quarter at
these outfalls.
We have no further questions at this time. Thank you for your diligence in pursuing your
monitoring and reporting as required.
Since ly, ~~~
Ke A.
