All <br />impoundment inspections were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. <br />Inspections took place on September 25~', September 27`" and September 28a'. <br />During the third quarter inspection, the following maintenance items were noted. <br />Johnson #7R -replace the identification sign <br />East Pyeatt #1 -clean out sediment <br />Sage #2 -reset sediment mazker <br />Oak #1 -clean out sediment <br />Deal - install an identification sign <br />Industrial Waste Pond (IWP) - install an identification sign <br />At this time, none of the maintenance items represent a hazard to the integrity of the <br />drainage and sediment control system; however it will be prudent to remove sediment <br />from Oak #1 and East Pyeatt #1 before next yeaz. Sediment removal operations for these <br />ponds are planned for October 2007.
