• From the above discussions taken from Nickens & Associates reports included in the Peabody <br />applications, it is clear that there were no archaeological or historic sites in Tracts II and IIA. Tracts <br />I I & I IA encompass the New Horizon 2 mining area. There was no information in the Peabody permit <br />about Trad III.
